Rep. Clark passes at 85
By Zach SilberRepresentative David Clark has died at the age of 85, the Burlington Free Press is reporting. Clark had been admitted to the hospital in St. Johnsbury on Jan. 31 with congestive heart failure.
A veteran of both state and local government, Clark served in the state legislature for 10 years and as town manager of St. Johnsbury for 36 years. Clark’s colleagues in the legislature said that Clark’s experience in both levels of government made him an “invaluable resource”.
