State Democrats have decided to hold on meeting with Progressive gubernatorial candidate Anthony Pollina until June, the Burlington Free Press reports today.
“The Democratic State Committee voted Saturday to put off a decision whether to hear from Progressive gubernatorial candidate Anthony Pollina.
“The committee will reconsider the issue at its June meeting, party Chairman Ian Carleton said.
“’It may well be between now and then a Democratic candidate will come forward,’ he said.”
Meanwhile, WCAX reports that Pollina has stepped down from his position at the Vermont Milk Company.
